Please note that we reserve the right to refuse delivery on low-value orders where it is not cost-effective to deliver on an 18-tonne lorry. You will be notified as soon as possible and your order will be cancelled and refunded. We will always do our best to fulfill deliveries, but some requests may be refused by suppliers. 

Condition Of Goods Faulty Goods If you have faulty, missing or incorrect goods, please contact a member of our customer service team via e-mail (Sales@floorington.com) or phone (+44 79 79 79 32 92). 

Defective Products You have three days from the date of delivery to notify us if, in the unlikely event that any items in your order are defective. We will ask that you send the defective or damaged items back to us right away. Please be aware that we do not assume obligation for goods lost or damaged in transit, and that the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items. 

Missing or Damaged Goods If any items in your Floorington order have been lost or damaged during transit, please ensure this is recorded on the carrier’s delivery note and contact us immediately. Please be aware: We cannot process claims for missing or damaged goods after the carrier has left the delivery address, unless they have been signed for as damaged or missing. 

Your Obligations As the customer/recipient of your purchased goods, it is your responsibility to ensure that all flooring products are in perfect condition before using them. 

Once an item has been used or fitted, Floorington is unable to process claims for broken, defective, or misrepresented goods. The buyer or their agent’s acceptance that the items are in flawless condition will be demonstrated by such use or fitting. 

You must take full responsibility for the suitability of the items ordered for the purpose they are used for. 

Floorington cannot process any claims for any loss as a result of booked fitters due to late deliveries or missing items as we do not guarantee our delivery timescales. 

Our Returns and Cancellation Policy At Floorington, we take pride in providing top-quality goods at excellent value. However, we understand that sometimes plans change or things don’t go as expected. Here are our straightforward terms for Returns and Cancellations. 

Your Right To Refund Or Cancel Your Order If the goods are returned to us unopened, unused, and undamaged, we will be pleased to provide a refund. View Below: Revision of Opinion (within 14 days) You have up to 14 days from the day of delivery to cancel your order if you change your mind, as long as the items are returned unused, unopened, and undamaged. The cost of returning the items to Floorington will be borne by you. There can be a restocking fee for certain vendors. 

Change of Mind (after 14 days) After 14 days, we can still refund or exchange your goods, but a restocking fee of up to 40% may be charged (restrictions apply). 

Faulty Goods If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault, report this within 48 hours and we will arrange for the goods to be replaced at no cost to you. 

How To Return Your Purchase 

  • Please contact us via Email (Sales@floorington.com) or Phone +44 79 79 79 32 92 to initiate the returns process. 

  • Our customer service team will provide you with a return number. 

  • Return the goods to the specified Floorington returns address. Once the goods have been received, we will begin the refund process using the details provided at purchase. 

Your Responsibilities When Returning Your Order  

• You are responsible for arranging courier transport and for the safe return of goods (ensuring they are well protected).  

• Costs for damaged goods will be deducted from the total refund amount.  

• Please remember, in all situations where there is no manufacturing fault, you are responsible for returning the goods to us, at your expense, in complete, unused, and in “as new” condition and within 30 days of purchase. Products That Cannot Be Returned  

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that are bespoke, made to your specifications, or cut from a roll unless they’re faulty.  

• We cannot accept returns for the following items: Accessories, Glue, Plywood, Tools, Tubs, Bags and LVT Design/Feature/Inlay Strips. 

When We May Decline Your Return Request In certain circumstances, we may refuse your return, for the following reasons.  

• If you no longer want an item (e.g., because it’s the wrong size or color) unless you bought it without seeing it.  

Failed Deliveries If your order arrives as scheduled but we can’t deliver because no one is home, there’s insufficient help available, the goods are refused, or the order is cancelled while in transit (goods are in transit 24 hours before the chosen delivery date), you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred for the return of the goods. 

Transfer of Title/Risk The risk of damage to or loss of the Goods will transfer to the Buyer upon delivery. 

Ownership of the Goods Ownership of the Goods will not transfer to the Buyer until the Company has fully received (in cash or cleared funds) all amounts owed to it in respect of the Goods and all other amounts that are or that become due to the Company from the Buyer on any account. 

Descriptive Matter, Specifications & Illustrations All descriptive and forwarding specifications, drawings, and details of weights and dimensions provided by the Company are only approximate and are intended solely to give a general idea of the goods they refer to and will not form part of the contract. All details are provided by the manufacturer. 

Our Total Liability The Company’s total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance of this contract will be limited to the price agreed for the Goods.

Clearance Items & Special Offers Goods purchased from promotional offers that are offered as clearance or end-of-line will be refundable at the sale price only. If the item is no longer stocked by the company, there will be no material replacement. Credit can be issued against a replacement product. Floorington will have no liability (other than imposed by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977), for any direct injury, loss or damage whatsoever, if the cause thereof lies beyond the reasonable control of the Company. Your statutory rights are not affected by the above exclusions.
