Introduction: We are grateful that you selected Floorington. By excluding any complicated jargon, we hope to make the process of buying premium flooring, laminate, tiles, and artificial grass goods as easy as possible for you to navigate.
We work hard to complete each order in a timely manner and in accordance with the shipping options you have selected. However, we will email you to let you know if the goods cannot be shipped in a timely manner. In the event of a delay, we will notify you and provide you the choice to either ahead with the transaction or cancel it.
1. Relationship between Floorington & Customers All orders for goods (the “Goods”) to be supplied by Floorington or any of its subsidiary companies (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) are subject to these sales conditions. Placing an order by a buyer (“the Buyer”) will constitute acceptance of these conditions.
2. Alteration of These Conditions These conditions may not be altered or varied unless Floorington agrees in writing. Floorington will not be deemed to accept any other conditions nor waive any of these conditions by failing to object to provisions contained in any purchase order or other communications from the Buyer. No person has the authority on behalf of the Company to alter any conditions except by a written variation signed by a director or the company secretary. 2.1. Floorington only accepts orders once the goods purchased online or via account transfer have been delivered. The processing of payment and acknowledgement of an online order DO NOT constitute a legally binding contract.
3. Validity of Quotations Quotations from the Company are open for acceptance for the time specified in each quotation, provided it is not withdrawn by the Company during that period. No binding contract will be created by the Buyer’s acceptance of the Company’s quotation until such acceptance has been acknowledged in a purchase order and has either been signed by the Company’s duly authorised representative or the Company has indicated to the Buyer orally or in writing its acceptance of such order.
4. Application of These Conditions If the Buyer places an order with the Company without requesting a quotation from the Company or before such quotation has been provided, all deliveries carried out to fulfil such order will be subject to these conditions.
5. Prices Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders are executed subject to prices and any relevant discounts applicable at the date of receipt of the order. Any price list of the Company, whether published or not, will not affect the right of the Company to charge for Goods in accordance with this clause. All prices are subject to the addition of Value Added Tax at the appropriate rate. Payment of the quoted Price and the VAT must be made at the point of sale, prior to arranging delivery.
6. Adjustment of Rates & Prices In the event of a contract being terminated, altered, or put on hold due to the Buyer’s instruction or lack of it, the contract price will be revised to account for the additional costs borne by the Company. If a per-unit price has been quoted and the Buyer requests fewer units than quoted, the Company reserves the right to modify the prices applicable.
7. Additional Charges
In order to keep our prices competitive and avoid losing money on small orders, we might add a tiny cut surcharge—as required by the manufacturer—to some custom-made items. At the time of checkout, this extra will be displayed.
UK Mainland Delivery Prompt Delivery Our goal is to dispatch the next business day and deliver on your chosen delivery date. However, we cannot guarantee your selected day or the speed of our deliveries, so please allow 2-5 business days for your delivery.
Complimentary Delivery Currently, orders valued over £300.00 (including VAT) are eligible for free delivery to the UK mainland. A standard delivery charge of £29.95 (excluding VAT) applies to all orders under £300.00. Delivery costs are transparent and will be displayed at the checkout or mentioned in the sales order before payment.

Delivery Process We send an email order confirmation as soon as we receive your order and a dispatch notification as soon as your purchase leaves our warehouse to keep you informed throughout the entire delivery process.
Delivery Method Deliveries are made ‘kerbside’. The recipient of the goods is responsible for handling them. For large orders, we recommend planning ahead and arranging assistance, especially if your order is for a room above ground level. Please note: This applies to flats, tower blocks, high rises, etc.
Missing Items/Incorrect Items If your order doesn’t arrive within 2-5 working days for any reason, please get in touch with us immediately. If your order still hasn’t arrived after a few days, we will investigate and, if necessary, send you replacement items for those you haven’t received. If your delivery is missing items or contains incorrect items, this must be noted with the delivery driver and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
You will be liable for any additional expenses incurred for the return of the goods if your order arrives as planned but we are unable to deliver because nobody is home, there is not enough help available, the goods are refused, or the order is canceled while the goods are in transit (the goods are in transit 24 hours before the selected delivery date).
Delivery Limitations
In the rare event that your delivery address is not within our network of suppliers or if you live in an area with restricted access (e.g., access does not allow for a large lorry), you may not be eligible for free delivery*. If you are outside of our delivery areas or access is limited, a member of our sales team will contact you to provide a delivery quote.
Please note that while we cannot guarantee next-day delivery, we will strive to deliver the next day for free whenever possible. However, a fee may be applicable in some circumstances.
Areas excluded from free delivery. Cornwall, North Devon, Scottish Highlands, Mid Wales, North Wales, West Wales, Barrow-In-Furness, and certain areas of the Lake District/Cumbria**

*** Please note that we reserve the right to refuse delivery on low-value orders where it is not cost-effective to deliver on an 18-tonne lorry. You will be notified as soon as possible and your order will be cancelled and refunded. We will always do our best to fulfill deliveries, but some requests may be refused by suppliers.
Condition Of Goods Faulty Goods If you have faulty, missing or incorrect goods, please contact a member of our customer service team via e-mail (Sales@floorington.com) or phone (+44 79 79 79 32 92).
Defective Products You have three days from the date of delivery to notify us if, in the unlikely event that any items in your order are defective. We will ask that you send the defective or damaged items back to us right away. Please be aware that we do not assume obligation for goods lost or damaged in transit, and that the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items.
Missing or Damaged Goods If any items in your Floorington order have been lost or damaged during transit, please ensure this is recorded on the carrier’s delivery note and contact us immediately. Please be aware: We cannot process claims for missing or damaged goods after the carrier has left the delivery address, unless they have been signed for as damaged or missing.
Your Obligations As the customer/recipient of your purchased goods, it is your responsibility to ensure that all flooring products are in perfect condition before using them.
Once an item has been used or fitted, Floorington is unable to process claims for broken, defective, or misrepresented goods. The buyer or their agent's acceptance that the items are in flawless condition will be demonstrated by such use or fitting.
You must take full responsibility for the suitability of the items ordered for the purpose they are used for.
Floorington cannot process any claims for any loss as a result of booked fitters due to late deliveries or missing items as we do not guarantee our delivery timescales.
8. Our Returns and Cancellation Policy At Floorington, we take pride in providing top-quality goods at excellent value. However, we understand that sometimes plans change or things don’t go as expected. Here are our straightforward terms for Returns and Cancellations.
Your Right To Refund Or Cancel Your Order If the goods are returned to us unopened, unused, and undamaged, we will be pleased to provide a refund. View Below: Revision of Opinion (within 14 days) You have up to 14 days from the day of delivery to cancel your order if you change your mind, as long as the items are returned unused, unopened, and undamaged. The cost of returning the items to Floorington will be borne by you. There can be a restocking fee for certain vendors.
Change of Mind (after 14 days) After 14 days, we can still refund or exchange your goods, but a restocking fee of up to 40% may be charged (restrictions apply).
Faulty Goods If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault, report this within 48 hours and we will arrange for the goods to be replaced at no cost to you.
How To Return Your Purchase

Our customer service team will provide you with a return number.
Return the goods to the specified Floorington returns address. Once the goods have been received, we will begin the refund process using the details provided at purchase.
Your Responsibilities When Returning Your Order • You are responsible for arranging courier transport and for the safe return of goods (ensuring they are well protected). • Costs for damaged goods will be deducted from the total refund amount. • Please remember, in all situations where there is no manufacturing fault, you are responsible for returning the goods to us, at your expense, in complete, unused, and in “as new” condition and within 30 days of purchase.
Products That Cannot Be Returned • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that are bespoke, made to your specifications, or cut from a roll unless they’re faulty. • We cannot accept returns for the following items: Accessories, Glue, Plywood, Tools, Tubs, Bags and LVT Design/Feature/Inlay Strips.
When We May Decline Your Return Request In certain circumstances, we may refuse your return, for the following reasons. • If you no longer want an item (e.g., because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless you bought it without seeing it. • Goods and Services worth £42.00 or less.
Failed Deliveries If your order arrives as scheduled but we can’t deliver because no one is home, there’s insufficient help available, the goods are refused, or the order is cancelled while in transit (goods are in transit 24 hours before the chosen delivery date), you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred for the return of the goods.
Transfer of Title/Risk The risk of damage to or loss of the Goods will transfer to the Buyer upon delivery.
9. Ownership of the Goods Ownership of the Goods will not transfer to the Buyer until the Company has fully received (in cash or cleared funds) all amounts owed to it in respect of the Goods and all other amounts that are or that become due to the Company from the Buyer on any account.
10. Descriptive Matter, Specifications & Illustrations All descriptive and forwarding specifications, drawings, and details of weights and dimensions provided by the Company are only approximate and are intended solely to give a general idea of the goods they refer to and will not form part of the contract. All details are provided by the manufacturer.
11. Limitations of Liability Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits the Company’s liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation, or the conditions as to title implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended from time to time.
12. Our Total Liability The Company’s total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance of this contract will be limited to the price agreed for the Goods.
13. Legal Construction Unless otherwise agreed by the Company in writing, these conditions will be interpreted and operate as an English contract, in accordance with English Law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
14. Unexpected Events If the Company's failure or delay in completing any of its responsibilities under this contract results from a circumstance outside of its reasonable control, the Company will not be held accountable to the Buyer in any manner or be considered to be in breach of this agreement.
15. Clearance Items & Special Offers Goods purchased from promotional offers that are offered as clearance or end-of-line will be refundable at the sale price only. If the item is no longer stocked by the company, there will be no material replacement. Credit can be issued against a replacement product. Floorington will have no liability (other than imposed by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977), for any direct injury, loss or damage whatsoever, if the cause thereof lies beyond the reasonable control of the Company. Your statutory rights are not affected by the above exclusions.
